Our Basic Clean IS a Deep Clean

  • Carpet areas including but not limited to: tile, vinyl, ceramic, hardwood floors, etc.
  • Baseboards.
  • Interior window glass, tracks, sills and mini blinds.
  • Light fixtures, doorknobs, outlets, vents and ceiling fans.
  • Visible pipes, furnaces and other equipment located within an accessible utility closet.
  • Sinks and plumbing under them.
  • Cabinets, countertops, shelves, drawers, doors and handles, etc.
  • Appliances: E.G. refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and range hood.
  • All mirrors.
  • Vanity, shelves, doors, drawers, etc.
  • All hardware E.G. towel bars, toilet paper holders, towel rings, etc.
  • Tubs, shower walls, faucets, knobs. shower rods and heads, etc.
  • Front entrance and patios will be swept.
  • Outside storage swept. 
  • Full Carpet Cleaning.
  • Area Rug Cleaning.
  • Furniture.
  • Paint.
  • ECT.

Number of bathrooms and severity of the clean will determine price increases.

Occupied Residence $100.00. Final price will be discussed following walk through.
Prices negotiable for lighter cleans.
